Question GIS Extraction - Where can I find the "Create and intersect features" tool?

I'm performing feature extraction in ArcMap 10.8.1 and I know there is an option in the Create Features toolbar that allows me to begin each segment by splitting the feature it starts from. For someone like me extracting hundreds of roads a day it is a massive time saver. I use it at work but can't find that option on my home version. Can someone point me in the right direction? I've attached a screenshot--the "create and intersect features" option should be displayed along with the "line," "rectangle," etc. at bottom but it isn't.
