This website is currently only setup to automatically process PayPal and Stripe payments. We can add other payment methods as well, but the verification of payment will be a manual process. If you'd like a particular payment method, please let us know and we will look into the option(s).
PayPal is integrated within this website. Payments for membership upgrades and advertising are already setup to go through PayPal. For membership upgrades, simply complete the payment process through PayPal's interface. We should receive immediate notification of your payment and your account will be upgraded. Every now and then, there is a delay. Please give the system an hour before contacting us. Once we hear from you, we will verify payment is received and upgrade your account.
Canceling your membership upgrade:
Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no simple...click a button method to cancel your account upgrade. (We do want this option and it is on our to-do list.) There are two methods available, though. 1) Cancel the subscription via your PayPal. Login to PayPal. Click on Profile --> My Profile --> My preapproved payments --> Find the preapproved payments for Geospatial Online and cancel. Your membership upgrade will remain active until the last day of the prepaid month, then it will be downgraded. 2) Send us a message. We can cancel the subscription. You should receive a confirmation email from the PayPal when it gets canceled. Your membership upgrade will remain active until the last day, even if we cancel your subscription earlier in the month.

Stripe is integrated within this website. Payments for membership upgrades and advertising are already setup to go through Stripe. Simply input your credit card information when prompted and the payment will be processed. geospatial Online does not keep any credit card information. For membership payments, a subsciption is automatically created. Your credit card will be charged automatically in the monthly or yearly intervals. To cancel your membership that was funded through Stripe, simply contact us and we can easily cancel your membership. Your membership upgrade will remain active until the last day, even if we cancel your subscription earlier in the month.
Your credit card will show gO Supporter, gO Enthusiast, gO Business, etc on your statement. If you have any questions or problems with payment, please contact us.
We are able to accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum (ETH), or Litecoin (LTC). However these are one time payments. Therefore, we are setting it up for a yearly upgrade only. Click below to choose the upgrade level you want. You will need to provide the name & email for your geospatial Online account in order to receive the upgrade. After we have received payment, we will manually upgrade your account, which is good for 1 year. Click below to choose the target upgrade.
